They never update us on anything, and all their policies are designed to make the company happy, not the employees. Employee welfare? What's that? The top IT managers and leaders have driven the team straight into the ground. And the office? It's like a roach motel – literally. Cockroaches everywhere. Managers here don't trust anyone. Their WFH policy is hilarious: you get two weeks to work from home, then if you don't come back to the office, you're out. Doesn't matter if you're on a wheelchair; you better roll on in. Empathy?
