Pros

I tried very hard to find a Pro, But couldn't find any.

- You will survive in this company only if you have the ability to withstand shouting from your managers in front of everyone for 24X7 (Yeah, not even 24X6) - You will survive in this company only if you can act subserviently, like literally. You will eat, code, sleep, everything according to order given by the managers - Ofcourse you want to join this company because you want to work in startup environment. No, its not there, there is too much of micro-management (I would rather call it nano-management, they have redefined it) - Yes, there is always work pressure in a startup, and no one has any issue with that. But the way you are treated kills that motivation. - Please don't join this pathetic company

Hi, Thanks a lot for your review and feedback. We take constructive feedback very seriously but only if it comes from our employees (And not competitors) :) To correct your facts : 1. There are NO managers in Finomena. We all work directly with the co-founders. We can clarify more details if you can give the context of you 'manager'. 2. We are a company that proud on the fact that there are no titles and everybody has say in the company and voice to be heard. You will not see anybody with "Senior" title in their designations because of the same. 3. Finomenals earn their right to passage with their super awesome work. We're trying to create a platform without any hierarchies and we don't believe in people coming with the baggage from their previous companies. And we only have 2 cofounders and a team of 35 people. So I don't know how 2 people can 'nano-manage' 35 people in a span of 15 hours everyday. (Sorry we are math geeks too and illogical inconsistencies are our enemies :) We only had one engineer leave the team till now who was let go because of under performance, but we are more than happy to clarify more if you can real context before calling the company -'pathetic' and arousing sentiments using broad data-less views (Glassdoor is not TOI :), its more of The Hindu)
