Pros
Great opportunities to progress with a career, lots of potential to even change careers without changing companies. Good salary and benefits.
Kontras
Horrible culture of hire/fire (referred to as layoffs and budget cuts). Plenty of claims that they are changing, but in my five years with them, the often let positive change initiatives fall by the wayside. Managers protect other managers and employees are left on their own to try and survive. A lot of top down direction with little to no input from actual employees on the front lines (or in the office)
