I worked in the U.K. And as stated by many people before me their is some great people at Finning plus they have some great facilities to work from. And off course have some great brands such as Caterpillar plus all the different brands sold thru Diperk and Rollo great apprentice and training programs and major on Health and Safety

Although I am now retired I still am interested in watching how they are performing . Finning needs to be more of a sales driven organisation instead of a product organisation to become the market leader in all areas where they choose to operate in. They need to find a solution of how to get the best service engineers and how to retain them as I feel that this will be a game changer IE if you don't have the right engineers in place how can you increase your market share .
