Everything about this company is terrible. They claim to offer a 4.6 LPA package, but in reality, you only receive around ₹25,000 per month in hand. The rest is tied to a complicated, KRA-based system that’s completely unrealistic. Even if you somehow achieve 100% of your KRAs, you might get a little extra — but the truth is, the entire KRA system is politically managed and biased. It’s not about performance; it’s about who you please and how well you play the internal politics. Promotions aren’t based on talent or performance either. They depend purely on how many years you’ve been with the company, not on how good you are at your job. They’ll make you work according to your skills but pay you according to your age or seniority — which makes no sense. The structure is broken, the system is unfair, and the whole setup feels like a scam. Nothing is transparent, and everything seems designed to exploit employees. If you’re looking for fair pay, growth, or recognition based on merit — this is not the place for you.
