The job itself is fun - there is always something going on and you get to know the people who frequent the casino regularly There is a focus (I believe this stems from Delaware North, not FLGR management) on employee spirit - they were always doing little gifts for holidays, and family-friendly events. Some of these things really go a long way toward feeling appreciated.

Everything feels very high stakes and that a mistake would not be tolerated. Management can be hard to work with.
