This is really just a PSA for anyone who might consider Findem as a career. Only take this role if you are desperate and need work right away. The CEO is a nice guy- but overmatched. Sales leadership is condescending-but that doesn’t even really matter because The product does not work. It just doesn’t. Corrupt data with no differences. It’s not sellable. Nobody re-signs. Let go of almost all new sellers in 6-8 months. Like it was their fault.
