FED will pay you 45% commission, since they provide all the "free garbage leads" they expect you to sell to low-income and poverty-stricken seniors. FED will charge you $400 per month to use their Back-Office & CRM platform and provide a Conservation Team designed to call all your chargebacks. They will convince you that you could make 6 figures with them and the simple truth is there are people making 100K - 300K per year but again these are only a handful of agents who started with the company. New agents will not see that kind of success.
