- Competitive salary if you negotiate for it - Nice office - Free lunch on Tuesdays

- Managers are toxic and micro manage every little thing you do. Hard to meet deadlines when you are constantly harassed. - Leadership does not take the input of employees seriously. They demand results with unrealistic expectations. - Unlimited PTO is kind of a sham. If you take any time off it will be treated as an inconvenience to your entire team and you will be pressured to work more. - Managers do not respect work/life balance and will constantly email, slack or text you after hours or on weekends - Directions from management often change with little to no warning. You will often be expected to drop everything you are doing in favor of other projects. - Every project is suddenly an "emergency" and it's hard to know what you should be working on first.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all feedback seriously and regret that you have not had a favorable experience recently. Our company is growing rapidly and as a result we do have shifts in direction periodically to ensure we are positioned to exceed our customers expectations. While these changes do happen, the professional well being of all of our employees is of utmost importance and we recognize the need to balance family with work. That said, I would suggest that you set up time with our HR team to allow us an opportunity to more directly address your concerns about your experience with your manager.

Amazing benefits and great values. People on my team are great to work with and genuinely respectful. Being able to hybrid work has been a lifesaver for me.

Extremely fast moving company where design to launch is done at lightening speed leaving very little time to plan & execute training.
