Our company is growing rapidly and as a result we do have shifts in direction periodically to ensure we are positioned to exceed our customers expectations. While these changes do happen, the professional well being of all of our employees is of utmost importance and we recognize the need to balance family with work. That said, I would suggest that you set up time with our HR team to allow us an opportunity to more directly address your concerns about your experience with your manager.
