Flexible working withdrawn. Poor communication between departments. Many were told they would be rewarded for working at 80% (initially 75%) pay during Covid19, but later told that the reward was for being able to continue working at such an excellent company. Some are on lower grades of pay, with reviews being postponed. Company incentivised to buy other companies, then 2 years later tries to move them hours away from their original location despite fears of loosing skills and knowledge.
