It is a great place for the budding developer or engineer to get their start. Location is great for networking with other tech companies and getting caffeinated in Braddon.

I have seen some talented people come and go already. But that is what its like in a smaller tech company and people go on to do great things. If you thrive on complex hierarchical structure and bureaucracy it might not be your place.
