Good pay (I made $28/hr at the last campaign of 2024), good overtime, good people and a fun project (we asked people to text five friends to remind them to vote, a very easy job!).

It is temporary work, so during political off season you must find something else for work.

I can’t think of any.

Expectations are unrealistic. Management is childish.
