Some of the colleagues in London were nice enough but really stressed out.
Kontras
Leadership have zero trust in their employees. To much monitoring and micro managing instead of trusting employees to just do their jobs. A very long-winded, multi-stage interview process yet they still do not trust anyone, so much so that work is impeded. Avoid!
