Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and for the many years you spent at Fetch. We’re glad to hear that you found value in the flexibility and equipment we provide, but we’re sorry to learn that your overall experience left you feeling unsupported.
Your feedback around career development, transparency, leadership, and morale is important to us. We know how meaningful opportunities for growth are, and while some development initiatives, including our Fetch BA program in Customer Support, were paused due to changing business needs, investing in our employees’ growth continues to be a priority, and we intend to bring programs like these back in the future.
We also recognize the impact that organizational change can have on trust and the employee experience. Building stronger communication and creating opportunities for employees to grow are areas we remain focused on improving.
