Pros

Some great people work here. International customers. Benefits are quite good. Salary is fine but could be better.

Kontras

Programming for an ERP/dynamics solution like “365” is different, limited and not fun. Especially for school leavers: Do your research on this, and think about if you want to program in an ERP environment. This isn’t the same as programming your typical project, like you are used to! Code quality doesn't matter at all, and some people really want you to do it their way. On the surface it might look like you have input but often in reality you don’t. This does vary a lot between who makes the decision. Lack of innovation, better in recent years but are still afraid of rewriting and improving old and outdated solutions. A lot of things are happening above your head, with lot’s of promises and no real action. Not a lot of challenging projects unless you know the right people. The people who make the decisions are disconnected from the people working there and some parts of the market

Pros

Good entry ticket in Utilities or ERP business if you're willing to slave yourself for peanuts. Good people do work there.

Kontras

Management sucking the money out of the company while the real people who are building the products, solutions and projects are being squeezed and lied to. Not a real Dynamics AX specialist You should be thankful you are ALLOWED to work for them Low wage ("compensated" by empty benefits - who really wants a bike?) - 100s below market value Little respect towards employees from HR Fake career progression and subjective evaluations Promises not respected Forced uncompensated overtime Forced uncompensated travel time Forced on call during holidays without a compensation Too little vacation (about 10-15 days less than competitors) Sell projects that you know they'll lose money on (and guess who can save it? Yep, those underpaid employees) No investment in juniors so they dont grow fast enough Small club at the top No knowledge sharing Lack of (meaningful) training Keeps making losses every year
