Pros

Upper management which are ready willing to offer help if you ask for it. Really would love the opportunity to work for Ferguson enterprises again if the opportunity presents itself. It is a great company with great paid, benefits and people. As with any job it has it's ups and downs.

Unfulfilled guarantees based off company new direction that makes it frustrating for the employees that were laid off. With my training cut short into the fire with not much training was thrown into the fire at a new branch so I had growing pains as well as our branch. As for many ferguson employees I was asked to wear many hats ultimately based off a spread sheet made myself look bad based off my job title (counter associate ll) although I was doing risk management, moving branches, deliveries, coming in early and staying late pulling orders, loading trucks in the morning, cleaning and organizing racks, 24/7 water heaters delivery while I was supposed to be a counter associate which I was never able to be present to write up orders based off special projects that were throw at me and trying to show my work ethic always said yes.

Pros

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits
