-The CEO/Owner is no longer David Alexander -Benefits got worse and our health insurance DOUBLED -Company was bought out by private equity. They then cut/removed bonuses for the whole company and only limited it to the sales team upstairs. -They fired the original production manager who ran the company with his dad. -New president has no idea how the business runs and has terrible people skills with his employees. -They removed our annual Christmas party -There have been SEVERAL times that they forgot to do Payroll for the company -There have been several times that the checks they did send out ended up bouncing. -They do not care about their employees and this is no longer the same company that used to take care of their employees. -They fire key employees to cut cost but expect the rest of the team to output more work with less people and less money. -They threaten your job if you don't 100% agree with them or what they want to do.
