- No clear pay or career progression structure within the company. - New starters can get paid more for the same position with no experience. - Career progression slow and not as promised. - Unstructured and no clear line of communication within the company. - Divide between each department. - The entire company never work cohesively together, each departments do their own things. - Some marketing and social ideas are very cringe. They never ask for feedback from the rest of company before going forward. - Hard work isn't rewarded. - High staff turnover. - Some people were too cliquey and unfriendly. - Coffee pods, sparkling water and biscuits were saved for guests only.
