- very nice working environment - flexible hours - good communication with the rest of the employees - different approach from big organisations

- Crowoborough is not the best place to live. Really quiet and does not have anything really interesting. I would suggest that you move into Tunbridge Wells. Far better. - Train communication was bad. Trains were cancelled every day.
