      Pros

      Federated is a good company. I have rarely had any problems concerning payroll or company benefits. We operate good equipment.

      Thier management style in some of thier locations could use some human resources training. We were self managed for many years wich did have some problems but the current management on our work site needs to use more discipline.

      Pros

      Meeting truck drivers, working w/various individuals, unloading trailers filled w/wonderful products/merchandise. the simple conclusion that you can make your job/assignment as easy/productive as you wish.

      No real downsides, except I only wish that we had more sick days.

      The work was interesting and diversified. Some of the people were easy to work with.

      The boss was very hard to get along with. I have also heard this from some of the temp agencies I have been to since leaving Federation.
