Meeting truck drivers, working w/various individuals, unloading trailers filled w/wonderful products/merchandise. the simple conclusion that you can make your job/assignment as easy/productive as you wish.

No real downsides, except I only wish that we had more sick days.

Federated is a good company. I have rarely had any problems concerning payroll or company benefits. We operate good equipment.

Thier management style in some of thier locations could use some human resources training. We were self managed for many years wich did have some problems but the current management on our work site needs to use more discipline.
