Pros
They pay and benefits were good and that was the only reason people stayed. My trainer said "we all hate this job but they pay is good so we stay"
Kontras
They fired me for violating a policy that was "zero-tolerance" that I wasn't even aware of after being there for 3 years. It seems like you would've informed me by then that there were things that are zero tolerance. Another con is the management, they all are overworked (12-14 hours a day) and the supervisors are not allowed to take ANY breaks which makes for such a wonderful and happy environment (sarcasm). Don't expect anyone to reward you or even notice that you did a good job, but any time you screw up they notice right away and continue to bring it up.
