      Pros

      The pay and benefits are great. Health care coverage is as good as any with a nice 401K match and pension.

      Kontras

      Long hours. Family/Life balance could be better. Normal day is 11 to 12 hours. The pressure to make production goals and service is extremely high

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
