Leadership models are available through many portals and are cutting edge. FedEx stays very current with every aspect of the transportation industry.

The new annual bonus structure; The strategy to achieve goals is really a thinnly vailed pay cut. It is understood that these are trying times for many companies, however, transparancy at all levels, including compensation should be forthright. Make the goals fair and consistant.
