Check rides mean nothing to them, they will sit in your truck all day and yack on the phone instead of determining a safe workload for you. Many managers do not have anything beyond a high school diploma. The smart ones are those out on road away from the political cesspool of daily station life. This year recession has been the new fear word. Allowing management to consolidate routes and force employees to work through unpaid lunch breaks to achieve unreal goals.
