Pros
Pay is decent. Part time get almost all the benefits of full time. Upon starting 5 sick days, 4 additional days, and 2 weeks of vacation after one year. Travel rates are good.
Kontras
Long hours with very specific time commitments. The company is going through a phase of maximizing efficiency sometimes sacrificing is core PSP philosophy. Chances to move up beyond hourly is stagnant unless you want to move to the more remote locations in the country. Current pay scales make it impossible to move up on the pay scale for topping out pay.
