My interaction with ALL employees was very welcoming. My team was very supportive in helping to minimize my learning curve. The leadership genuinely seemed excited that I was part of the company. HR took steps to get me all set up in the various systems. The people that I met were genuinely passionate about their jobs and showed true concern for one another.

Access to health benefits took a little time to hit the provider system. I think the issue was with the provider and not with Fearless.
