This is the worst company I have ever worked at. Ever. The husband/wife owners are, in my opinion, not fit to be managing a lemonade stand, let alone a fashion brand. Their absolute incompetence appeared to only be matched by their extreme arrogance. Interdepartmental teamwork, process, career progression, company vision and values, a P&L, basic business acumen, emotional intelligence... all seemed non-existent. Shouting, swearing, public shaming and racism were witnessed on multiple instances. Communication is a literal joke. No company meetings. Rarely any individual meetings. Sometimes they just stop responding to you all together if they decide they don't like you. Job roles seemed to change wildly from what is promised during interviews. Actually, every single thing they tell you seems to change wildly from what is last told to you. The turnover rate is astronomical, presumably because of their habitual bullying and the mean girl culture they help foster. Want to make it work somehow? Good luck, they ARE the HR department. Maybe a place this toxic would have a tiny shred of value if you were actually able to learn something, but nope. This company is rotten to the core. Save yourself the aneurysm and look elsewhere.
