Was able to work with and become friends with some great individuals.

Where to begin. The CEO of this company is perhaps one of the worst leaders I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. Prepare to be micromanaged by a control freak whom has obvious trust issues, doesn’t know the first thing about leading a team, has regular overreactions to minor things without even learning all the facts first, etc...the list goes on and on. Also, don’t ever expect to get paid what you’re worth because he’s also cheap. He’ll find a way to get rid of you before giving you a raise and then bring in some young kid that he can pay next to nothing. He’ll even find ways to not pay you commissions that you’ve earned. In short, Eric is a greedy, micromanaging CEO with anger management/control issues mixed in as well. There was once a rockstar team in place here and almost all of them have left. Do yourself a favor and give this place a wide berth. Also, looking at reviews on here, I am willing to bet some of the positive ones are fake and I know that scare tactics/legal threats are used to prevent employees from revealing the truth! I suspect you’ll begin seeing former employees, whom have all moved on to bigger and better things (including myself), start telling it like it is on here.

Pros

Work-From-Home flexibility is fantastic. Company is able to adapt services/strategy to the changing digital marketing industry. Team is all very knowledge and helpful.

Pros

A few friendly coworkers and a flexible work setup, but those are the only redeeming features. Leaving was by far the best decision I could have made.

- Employees are constantly pressured to meet impossible quotas and tight deadlines. - Support is nearly nonexistent. - Hard work and effort go completely unnoticed. - The only time management pays attention is to criticize mistakes.
