Job quantity can double or triple depending on the weekday and the nr. of reps available.) - Little reciprocity (The management expects high quality and fast pace, independently of the workload or the complexity of the cases at hand.) - No structured feedback process for the newcomers (no scheduled 1 to 1 meetings/"swim or sink mentality") - Very repetitive callcenter-style job
