Pros
There are no pros working at Fastfrate. Service levels are absolutely horrible, yet they want to grow and expect the world, but they have garbage service levels to match this...You ain't growing w/ the current mgmt you have in place...HAHAHA, this company has a bad reputation for a reason

Unrealistic and absurd KPI's set by upper mgmt (i.e., the current CCO), extremely toxic treatment of staff. Zero appreciation and bullying from upper management. No regard for you. They would replace you or put your job position up for availability right away if a staff member passed away. Upper management should not be running this company at all...
