There are some really great directors/VPs in the Rochester branch.
Kontras
Not all that LGBT friendly, no diversity to speak of. Leadership in way over their heads, and don’t have a lot of trust in those beneath them, so there’s a lot of micromanagement and not a lot of progress. Mostly everyone’s just stressed and busy all the time.
