Review - Sales Representative bei Fast Forward Events: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Fast Forward is a very small company - employees wear a lot of hats which makes it a great place to gain experience, especially early in your career. It is a close knit team and everyone works incredibly hard. Lots of room for growth and a really fun industry.

OT is not uncommon, but that's not unusual for the events industry.

The only pro is that you work with cool people who you actually enjoy hanging out with.

Almost everything about this company is a con. Management is AWFUL. Specifically the owner, Michelle. She was the worst boss/person I have ever worked for. Extremely passive aggressive, but also very fake and completely entitled. She acted as if all of her employees were useless, and actually paid us like we were useless as well. Advice to anyone considering this company - RUN FOR THE HILLS! Terrible culture where they prey on hiring young people fresh out of college because they can get away with treating you like crap and paying you nothing. She actually brings her daughter to work everyday and expected some of the staff to baby sit her at the office. Completely unprofessional, hire a nanny.
