Leadership team was flexible with people working fully remote or hybrid. There was never a push to get everyone back into the office.

Worked with too many folks who were old school and didn't like change. I also came to notice that this firm does not like to invest in technology so every application I used seems 5-6 years behind every company that I've worked for. I was still doing expenses on a Word document for AMEX.
