Leadership lacks the ability to understand or manage their own and others emotions. Employees are pitted against each other. Diversity is not appreciated. This company is high stress and low reward. If you can make it past a year then you beat the odds.

Pros

Wonderful co-workers and leaders. I really feel as though I am not only able to make a positive difference in peoples lives and in the surrounding community. The company pays attention to detail and makes it a point to treat everyone with the same respect and appreciation.

Kontras

Not many cons. If I could think of any, it would be that there is only one event per year where all of the managers get together. It would be nice if there was a meeting at the beginning of the year and one halfway through the year.
