Pros
I really can't think of any pro's but I guess their pay is okay when compared to similar types of companies and benefits are okay but they don't pay enough for the amount of disrespect and dishonesty that medium to higher up management gives to their employees.
Kontras
Management is very poor and if you are not in their click of friends, they will disrespect you even if your work is near perfect. The real source of the problem is that mid-level management is very friendly with upper management on a personal level which unfortunately, gives "mid-management" the ability to treat the staff however they want with no ramifications for their actions. As one of the other reviews said "run for the hills".
