Health ins. And an o.k. 401k match. Does not micro manage as long as you do your job, but software is loaded to spy on your computer so they track your work productivity.

Poor bonus, management does not care and will not engage with issues that need serious attention. Questionable denials on claims that should be paid out to the property owner. Merritt increases are weak . H.R. will not do a ything for you . Upper management says one thing and does another. Poor training and high turnover. No stability and good employees leave. The " do as I say, not what I do ) is strong with this company. Need I say more?
