Owners run the business based on personal feelings rather than business principles (lack of actual established polices or standards that should be met on the day to day) thus producing an atmosphere of confusion and tension. Due to the size and the owner's views on what/who is important or who's status is worthy of his time or adequate compensation

Excellent in the summer but in the winter you would get a table a day

The owner is horrible to his employees calling them idiots and other names, some people are only 16 and he’s calling them names and throwing stuff.
