Most all of the senior production team (5+ years)are either miserable or just complain about how unfair the rules are, or both. They only let certain people bend the rules, and watch out if you ask why that is. Your supposed to be worried about yourself. There is clear favoritism exhibited on a daily basis. Meaning there is an inner circle that if you are not in it, you will not be able to move up. No matter how hard you work, no matter how loyal you may be to this company, advancement is only for those specifically picked by those in it. Also pay is way lower then other company's in this field, relative to what ever experience you may have, it's not even a close comparison.
