Work Life balance is in Fable's DNA - my experience is that they would always find a solution that allows its employees to get satisfaction out of their day to day job while fitting in for with their personal circumstances.

No cons that should stop people considering Fable a fabulous place to work and grow as an individual. There are some inevitable growing pains of a scaling business but my experience is that these are consistently overcome given Fable's collaborative culture and willingness to give its employees ownership to build solutions.

The company is small and doing interesting work with different datasets and customers. The tech stack is modern and the company uses a modern technology platform. There's always scope to try out new ideas and a lot of flexibility to work in a way that works for you (home vs office, flexible hours).

Its still feels like a start-up, Responsibilities can be ambiguous and change is constant.
