      Nice facility and good people.

      Pay is not on par. Lots of favoritism shown across all levels. Horrid communication from Senior Management to all other levels. Senior Management is never wrong mentality

      HR knows nothing. Culture has tanked. Random layoffs and reductions constantly. People don't matter. Several talented individuals are gone for no reason.
