Great People and good work culture, one most amazing work environment you will find in India. Compensation and benefits at par with industry. Management shows intent to retain good talent. You will get to work on a lot of different problems.

Work/life balance was minimal. No long term plan (Ok for people who who don't mind last minute changes). Misaligned goals and some teams were mismanaged. Disconnect between the top management and employees.
