      Compensation is OK, maybe a bit below industry average. Most of the folks are pretty good people.

      They (senior management) don't value you as a human being. Poor atmosphere. High turnover in some departments.

      Decent compensation compared to the other companies in the industry. You will have a chance to work on variety of projects.

      Poor attitude towards team-work by some field superintendents. Rotation periods could be improved.
