Pros
There was a lot of overtime available.
Kontras
Ok, this company is not only in USA (Jacksonville, Florida) but also in Guatemala (third world country where the labor is cheap) That being said, they give you only 8 minutes for a bathroom break in an 8 hour shift; 15 minutes for a lunch break and 15 minutes to eat. If you surpass this time more than 1 minute, they will deduct that from your paycheck. Also, management demands that employees not divulge their location (Guatemala) to the Americans they service. Some of the companies they work with in USA are: TXG (an electric company in Texas), Darden (Employees of Olive Garden, Red Lobster, etc.), Money Tree, and others. Finally, it is an awful thing that this company will not allow employees to leave their 10 story building when there are natural disasters. (I, and 50 other employees were told by management not to disconnect calls with clients or leave when we had a 7.1 earthquake and the whole building shook so that pieces of the ceiling were falling down on us. We were told if we left our desks, we would have that time removed from our paychecks.)
