I’ve had amble opportunity to move up within the company with regular performance reviews and learning courses. Open door policy with HR. Safety comes first during the pandemic. Kontras
I’ve worked in larger organizations which can be rigid and overly structured. If you thrive in an environment that tells you what to do and when to do it, this may not be the best place for you. If you enjoy the flexibility to learn and are a self starter, FSSI caters to that type of employee. I’ve never been micromanaged here but I know some people thrive in that type of business culture.
