Pros
FSC is a decent place for someone right out of college (or still in college seeking an internship) for something to add to a resume and teach the basics of managing social media marketing for clients. Dental, health and vision are offered, and once you've been at the company for a year, you get every other Friday off and the option for 401k perks. The company is pretty lenient on letting you leave early on parade days during Mardi Gras and is mostly understanding when you need to come in late or take a day off for sick or personal reasons. While it's good starting gig, it's not a place to make a career. Opportunity for growth is minimal.
Kontras
The pay is very low for the amount of work delegated. Development in the company is measured by your status with coworkers and management favoritism. The management team doesn't seem to have much knowledge on what most employees do on a day-to-day basis, making it difficult to base growth on actual work. The management team openly expresses frustrations with others in the office (including others on the management team) and it's uncomfortable to be on the receiving end of the conversation. Management also uses individual meetings to express annoyances with other employees, which is extremely awkward and unprofessional. Employees, especially managers, are extremely passive aggressive and have difficulty accepting responsibility for mistakes. Mistakes are frequently blamed on the clients. Employees are also constantly moved around from client to client, making consistency a challenge.
