One of the major perks in working at FSB is the company has their niche of the publishing industry nailed down. The management team is constantly adapting and leading the change within the online marketing/branding world, and more importantly, within the publishing world. As an employee you get to work with NYT Bestselling Authors and work closely with them. You're abreast to "content" that the general public does not know yet, which is really cool! Management always listened to my new ideas and worked with me. My time at FSB was awesome and I miss it!
