No opportunity to progress, unless you are in the clic. Extremely poor management team, they don't manage the basics well at all. Annual performance review, and subsequent reward, is controlled by politics, not an employee's ability to achieve or exceed the baseline. Workload on employee's increases every time somebody leaves, one person was completing 2 roles for over two years, with no financial support or reward from the company.
