Top level execs seem enamored with trendy, flashy tech over spending on getting the core job done. Support expressed for LGBTQ staff seems authentic and welcome, but current diversity staffing goals seem unrealistic unless willing to offer better starting salaries to expand talent pool. Very high staff turnover in downtown Tower makes one wonder what is going on. Very top-down approach on safety issues with little appreciation for reality and reasoning.
