Steady year round work. Most drivers are very easy going. Front office/dispatch are pretty easy going also.

Pay is still lacking, they have been trying to improve but still not great. Overtime policy is very big reason!!, not great. Equipment condition is ok at best, there is nice trucks and trailers but not for everyone….
